Director of SEND – Elizabeth Rogers
Liz is the Director of SEND across the Respect Collaboration of Schools. Her role is to ensure that children in the organisation receive an appropriate enriched education that enables them to achieve their full potential and be confident and aspirational in their goals for the future. She reports to the Executive Director and Governors.
Liz has experience teaching across secondary, post 16 and higher education holding a number of leadership roles in both mainstream and specialist settings. As Director of SEND, Liz coordinates SEND provision across the collaboration ensuring high quality provision by providing effective leadership, vision, and strategic direction to SENDCos whilst ensuring the SEMH strategy is at the forefront of strategic planning and decision making.
