
Chief Financial Officer – Helen Buckley
Helen Buckley is the Chief Financial Officer for Respect Collaboration Trust and provides strategic financial leadership and operational oversight across the Trust. She is responsible for ensuring that financial management, reporting, controls, systems and resources are effective, sustainable and aligned to the Trust’s mission of delivering high-quality education.
In her role, Helen secures financial sustainability, regulatory compliance, strong governance, value for money and the effective stewardship of public funds. She leads the Trust’s finance function and provides strategic financial oversight across all area of the Trust including People, Estates, Procurement, Compliance, Business Operations and organisational risk. Through robust financial planning, she supports both current priorities and long-term strategies that enable the growth and development of all schools within the Trust.
Helen is a qualified School Business Manager, Accounting Technician and experienced auditor. She has worked in education for more than 25 years and is proud to be part of the Team that has led our schools through periods of change, development and academy conversion, culminating in the creation of Respect Collaboration Trust in 2025.
