Headteacher Castle School – Lia Copestake
As Headteacher, Lia has overall responsibility for Castle School. Her experience of senior leadership extends over 9 years in both the primary and secondary phase. Lia is passionate about inclusive education and has strategically developed the hospital medical school from a part time provision to a school that is respected by all stakeholders for the excellent holistic approach to education it provides. Castle School is a unique setting and there are exciting challenges ahead to further grow and develop both the building and the curriculum. Lia has a proven track record of success and looks forward to this development opportunity.
