Associate Assistant Headteacher – Will Broderick

Will is the Head of Teaching and Learning for the Respect Collaboration of schools and is responsible for ensuring that pupils, with a range of needs, have access to high quality education through an ambitious curriculum and high quality teaching. Will has a passion for pedagogical approaches to learning and embraces research to suggest new and innovative ways to support students.

Will taps into a field of knowledge, deeply stirred by issues and ideas that challenge our world and drawn to the crises and creativity of the young people who come into class each day. This helps to provide an inclusive curriculum, rich in the knowledge and cultural capital they need to succeed in life. Will has been a staff governor for the past 5 years, collaboratively helping to support the collection of schools to develop and grow.
