The RESPECT Collaboration is a small collection of schools with a clear scheme of delegation and leadership structure. This ensures all Governors, Executive Leaders and Headteachers drive our vision and strategies to ensure we are ‘great today, better tomorrow’.
Our Executive Director, Mike Pride, has a proven record of effective school to school support and working collaboratively to ensure the very best opportunities for the young people in Derby City.
Our Executive Team comprises of:

- Director of Alternative Provision and Commissioning
- Director of Operations
- Director of Attendance and Safeguarding
They are accountable for our organisation and schools’ visions and missions. Each member contributes to the strategic development and improvement process. They also maintain day to day operational duties.
