Chief Operations Officer
Corey has overall responsibility for the operational functions of Respect Collaboration Trust, ensuring that the systems, services and resources that support our schools are efficient, compliant and aligned to the Trust’s strategic priorities. As Chief Operations Officer, Corey works closely with the Chief Executive Officer, Executive Leadership Team, School Leaders and Trustees to ensure the Trust remains sustainable, resilient and well-positioned to meet the needs of its pupils and communities.
Corey brings extensive leadership experience within the education sector and has a strong track record of delivering organisational improvement, operational excellence and strategic change. He leads key areas including estates, health and safety, governance, compliance, procurement, risk management and business operations, ensuring that schools receive high-quality support that enables leaders to focus on teaching and learning.
Passionate about collaboration and continuous improvement, Corey is committed to building effective systems and strong partnerships that enhance the Trust’s ability to deliver exceptional outcomes for children and young people.
